Nano-scale oil droplets are coated with a protective wall matrix of modified starch or protein-based shell materials, transforming the liquid DHA oil into a free flowing, stable powder structure.

The crude algal oil is produced by controlled fermentation of Schizochytrium sp. and is further refined to remove impurities. Oil is microencapsulated using spray-drying technique . Oil is emulsified with wall materials (modified starch or sodium caseinate), atomized into thin droplets, and dried into a stable powder matrix .

Our 100,000 Level purification workshop monitors the entire process from raw material input, emulsification, spray-drying to the final powder milling.
