Berberine hydrochloride is a quaternary ammonium isoquinoline alkaloid that is found in Coptis chinensis. The hydrochloride salt form is the industry standard for B2B pharmaceutical and nutraceutical buyers because it has greater chemical stability, solubility and bioavailability than sulphate or free-base forms.
